Northern Michigan E3 is a local non-profit organization dedicated to creating an anti-racist northern Michigan through education, elevation, and engagement. Our Black, Indigenous, and all People of Color (BIPOC) Council is led by community leaders who see the value in everyone. We celebrate and welcome diversity and equality for all residents and visitors. This celebration and culture of acceptance enhances the overall environment and opportunities for BIPOC in northern Michigan, while also improving the economic and cultural stability of the region.
How do we approach our work?
We seek to educate and partner with Educational Resources, Local Government and Business leaders regarding systemic social injustice within the Northern Michigan region.
We elevate community and local leaders to embrace diversity and celebrate all unique qualities of area residents and visitors.
We engage residents, business, local government and educational leaders to fully promote diversity and inclusive ideals.
